WHO NEEDS SUPERVISOR TRAINIING?

Under 49 CFR Part 382.603, anyone who supervises two or more commercial drivers must complete a minimum of 2 hours of supervisor training; 60 minutes on alcohol abuse and 60 minutes on drug abuse.

This training includes the physical, behavioral, speech and performance indicators of alcohol and drug misuse.

Each supervisor only needs to complete this training once in their career.
