Product Description
Under federal law 49 CFR Part 368, any company whose drivers’ cross state lines for-hire is required to have this list of processing agents, in case there is a legal issue outside of their company’s home state. This provides an agent in the applicable state that will accept the paperwork for the incident. This is a one-time registration and does not need to be renewed.
